DhanaSetu provides WhatsApp-based bill capture, AI extraction, dashboards, and export tools to help businesses organize and analyze financial documents.

Eligibility & Accounts

• You must have authority to use the service on behalf of your business.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login access.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

User Responsibilities

• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service.
• Verify extracted data before relying on it for compliance or filings.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit. You grant DhanaSetu a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide the service and improve accuracy.

Pricing, Billing, Refunds

The service may be offered for free or under paid plans. If we introduce pricing, we will clearly disclose fees, billing frequency, and taxes before you are charged. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that extracted data is error-free or suitable for any specific purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DhanaSetu and Jags Associates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
