Firm-first setup
Start with your firm, then invite clients.
DhanaSetu is now CA/accounting-firm first. WhatsApp is the client intake channel, not the place where random users create accounts. Your firm controls which client numbers can submit bills.
Clean break: unknown WhatsApp senders are not auto-onboarded. They must be added by the firm first.
Setup sequence
Step 1
Create the firm workspace
The CA or accounting team owns the workspace. Clients do not self-create accounts from WhatsApp.
Step 2
Add the first client
Add the client business and the WhatsApp numbers allowed to submit bills for that client.
Step 3
Client sends bills on WhatsApp
Mapped client numbers can send bill photos or PDFs. Unknown numbers are asked to contact their accountant.
Step 4
Review and close the month
The firm reviews extracted fields, tracks missing documents, and prepares monthly exports.
